Adventure Time - Finn and Jake

Remember… when Finn arrives in the afterlife and has only one question that really matters to him: where is Jake? By now, Finn has lived a long life. Jake died much earlier, and although Finn found other adventures and people to care about, he never stopped missing him. After his own death, he begins searching for his brother again. Jake has reached the fiftieth Dead World, where souls find complete peace. He senses Finn’s longing and comes down to him, initially seeming strangely detached. But when Finn is threatened, that serenity gives way to something familiar: Jake jumps into the fight to protect his boy. After their final adventure, Finn admits how deeply the loss affected him. He had other reasons to keep living, but part of him was always waiting to see Jake again. Finn chooses reincarnation. Jake initially decides to stay behind. They say goodbye, and their paths seem ready to separate. Then Jake changes his mind and catches up. They bump fists and head toward another life together. Jake already had perfect peace. He chooses another uncertain beginning with Finn anyway. Their friendship lives in that choice: the unknown feels less frightening when they face it together.
