Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 1, 2026
By using Koleqcia, creating an account, placing an order, or joining an auction, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our Service
Koleqcia is an online platform where customers can buy handmade figures, wall panels, custom artwork, and other collectible or decorative products.
Account and Information Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your account details, contact information, delivery address, and order details accurate. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the customer’s responsibility.
Age
Users under 18 can also create an account and make purchases.
Orders and Prices
Product price, currency, shipping, discounts, and optional services are confirmed at checkout. After an order is placed, we begin processing payment, stock, production, and delivery requirements.
Order Cancellation
A paid order can be cancelled before production starts if it is cancelled on the same day.
Payment
Payments are processed through a secure payment provider. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or the applicable payment confirmation status is received.
Custom and Handmade Products
Many products are handmade or made to order. Small visual differences from product photos may happen because of production time, materials, and hand-finishing, and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
For a custom order you can request changes as many times as you need, but only while the design file is being prepared.
Auctions
Auction bids are binding. The winner must pay as soon as the auction ends. If the winner doesn't pay, the participant in second place automatically wins and the first winner is blocked from auctions. Shipping is not included in the winning bid and is paid separately.
Discounts and Coupons
Coupons apply according to their conditions, such as expiry date, minimum order, usage limit, product/category scope, or other restrictions. Sale-priced products may be excluded from additional coupon discounts.
Loyalty Points
You earn 0.5 points for every 1 GEL or 1 USD spent. Points don't expire. If an order is cancelled or refunded, its points are deducted. Points can't be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
Creators
We pay creators based on what they have earned: we contact the creator and transfer the money. Each creator has their own minimum payout amount.
Intellectual Property
Website text, design, photos, artwork, and brand materials belong to Koleqcia, the relevant creators, or rights holders. Buying a product does not grant reproduction, commercial use, or resale rights to the design.
Limitation of Liability
Koleqcia is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, banks, payment providers, internet outages, force majeure, or other third-party events outside our control.
