Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains order cancellations, returns and refunds for purchases made on Koleqcia. Products on Koleqcia are sold by two sellers — MangaMoon (wall panels and posters) and Sculpi (figures); where their rules differ, both are listed.
Sellers

Change of Mind
Items can't be returned just because you changed your mind. A return is only possible if the item is defective.
Which Products
MangaMoon: this applies to all products. Sculpi: figures are not returned. If there is a problem with a Sculpi figure, depending on the issue Sculpi will send the damaged part again or refund part of the amount.
Reporting a Problem
If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, tell us as soon as you receive it — write or call us and, if possible, send a photo.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
MangaMoon: if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, MangaMoon is responsible. Sculpi: if a parcel arrives damaged, Sculpi takes full responsibility; if it is lost, the courier company refunds part of the amount.
Failed Delivery
MangaMoon: if a parcel can't be delivered because of the customer (wrong address, not at home), the customer pays for re-sending; if it is MangaMoon's fault, MangaMoon pays. Sculpi: Sculpi covers the cost of re-sending; if a parcel returns to the warehouse, the courier company pays for re-sending.
Return Shipping
When a MangaMoon item is returned, MangaMoon pays the return shipping. Sculpi figures are not sent back, so there is no return shipping cost.

How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, through our payment provider. A refund can be full or partial (for example, for one item of an order).
Refund Time
Once a refund is approved, the money is returned within 1–2 days for MangaMoon and within 3–5 days for Sculpi. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more working days to appear on your card.
Cancelling an Order
A paid order can be cancelled before production starts if you cancel it on the same day. The full amount is then refunded.
Custom Orders
You can ask for changes to a custom order as many times as you need while the file is being prepared. The same return rules apply: MangaMoon — only if defective; Sculpi — figures are not returned.
Loyalty Points
When an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned with it are taken back.
