Shipping & Delivery Policy

This page explains production, packaging, delivery timeframes, and international shipping conditions.
Shipping Areas
Koleqcia ships within Georgia and internationally where a delivery method is available for the address entered at checkout.
Couriers
In Georgia we ship with Easyway. International orders are shipped with Boxette.
Production Time
Production time depends on the seller: MangaMoon — 3–10 days, Sculpi — 20–30 days.
Delivery Time
Once the order is ready: Tbilisi — 1 day, other cities in Georgia — 2–3 days, abroad — about 2 weeks.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on address, product type, weight, size, and selected service. Some products may qualify for free shipping or special delivery terms.
Packaging
Products are packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transport. Large or fragile figures may be shipped with reinforced packaging or a custom protective box.
Customs and Duties
Sculpi ships to the USA and EU member states on DDP terms: parcels are customs-cleared in advance and the customer pays no duties. For all other countries, the customer pays for customs clearance. For MangaMoon international orders, customs duties are paid by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
MangaMoon is responsible if a MangaMoon parcel is lost or damaged in transit. For Sculpi: if a parcel is lost, the courier company reimburses part of its value; if it arrives damaged, Sculpi takes full responsibility.
Failed Delivery
MangaMoon: if a parcel can't be delivered because of the customer (wrong address, not at home), the customer pays for re-delivery; if it is MangaMoon's fault, MangaMoon pays. Sculpi: if a parcel has to be sent again, Sculpi covers the cost; if it could not be delivered and went back to the warehouse, the courier company covers re-sending; if the customer is not at home, the courier leaves the parcel at the address.
Tracking
After dispatch, if tracking is provided by the carrier, tracking information will be sent by email or shown in your account order page.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may be caused by weather, customs, couriers, address issues, holidays, or other events outside our control.
