Fairy Tail - Natsu

Remember… when Laxus drops to his knees before Hades and gives his remaining lightning to Natsu? Aboard Grimoire Heart’s airship, the Fairy Tail wizards are battered. Laxus arrived to protect them, but Hades’s magic has taken its toll on him too. Another devastating attack is coming. Laxus thinks of Makarov. He has been expelled from the guild, yet his grandfather’s suffering still matters to him. He asks whether he can still be angry on their behalf. Then he transfers his remaining magic to Natsu. Hades’s attack strikes Laxus. He falls, while Natsu rises with lightning surging alongside his flames. Natsu asks why Laxus entrusted him with that power when Laxus is stronger. The answer goes beyond strength: someone bearing Fairy Tail’s mark should confront Hades for the pain he inflicted. Laxus smiles, then loses consciousness. Natsu advances. Fire and lightning follow his punches, forcing Hades onto the defensive. The transformation reveals how much Laxus has changed. Once, he wanted to impose his strength upon the guild. Now he places that strength in someone else’s hands. His expulsion still stands, but his loyalty is unmistakable—and Natsu answers that trust by fighting on.
