Jujutsu Kaisen - Ryomen Sukuna

Remember when Ryomen Sukuna faces Jogo during the Shibuya Incident? Jogo, one of the most powerful Cursed Spirits, throws everything he has into trying to defeat him. Standing before him is a being whose true strength he can barely comprehend. But Sukuna is in no hurry. He watches Jogo calmly, as if the entire battle were nothing more than entertainment. Then the real destruction begins. Sukuna effortlessly counters Jogo’s attacks, demonstrating his overwhelming power without the slightest hesitation. Jogo puts everything on the line, but the harder he fights, the clearer the difference between them becomes. Sukuna surpasses him not only in raw power, but also in combat experience and his complete understanding of his opponent’s abilities. But the most important moment comes at the end. As Jogo approaches defeat, Sukuna tells him that he should have become stronger and destroyed more. Perhaps then, the battle might have been more interesting. Jogo can no longer hold back his tears, because for the first time in his existence, he truly understands how far he stands from the level of power he has been chasing. And before leaving, Sukuna does something unexpected: he acknowledges Jogo’s strength. In this scene, Sukuna reveals that, to him, strength is about more than simply winning. He recognizes those who push their abilities to the absolute limit—even when they can never truly reach his level.
