Jujutsu Kaisen - Toji Fushiguro

Remember… when Megumi opens an escape route through Dagon’s domain, and Toji comes through instead? Nanami, Maki, and Naobito prepare to escape. Megumi is barely maintaining his own domain, suppressing Dagon’s sure-hit effect. Safety seems within reach. Then the stranger moves. Toji appears beside Maki and seizes Playful Cloud. She cannot match his strength—and cannot sense any cursed energy coming from him. He heads straight for Dagon. The curse initially underestimates him. A single swing destroys its shikigami. The next blow sends Dagon crashing into the water. Toji takes control of the fight’s rhythm, evading attacks and closing distances with terrifying speed. His resurrected body acts on instinct, targeting the strongest opponent present. Dagon tries to buy time. If Megumi’s domain collapses, his sure-hit advantage will return. He rises into the air, but Naobito intercepts him. Toji has sharpened Playful Cloud’s ends. He closes in and destroys the curse. The domain disappears. Yet nobody can relax. They have no assurance that Toji is their ally, or that they will not become his next targets. That uncertainty makes his arrival frightening: defeating Dagon has changed the shape of the danger. The survivors now face the man who hunted their seemingly unbeatable enemy inside its own domain.
