Kill Bill - Black Mamba 3D panel

Remember… when Beatrix and Elle Driver fight inside Budd’s cramped trailer, leaving each other barely enough room to move? Everything around them breaks. Blows strike walls and furniture; their tangled bodies crash from one space into another. There is scarcely room to wield their swords, but neither retreats. Then Pai Mei’s name enters the confrontation. Elle recounts how their master took one of her eyes—and how she retaliated by poisoning him. Before Beatrix stands the woman who murdered her teacher and takes pleasure in remembering it. The fight resumes. Beatrix closes in, reaches towards Elle’s face, and tears out her remaining eye. For an instant, the action seems suspended. Then Elle screams. Unable to locate her opponent, she reaches blindly and crashes into her surroundings. Beatrix drops the eye and crushes it underfoot. Elle’s furious cries fill the trailer as Beatrix heads towards the exit. She does not return to finish her off. Somewhere inside, the black mamba remains loose. Elle can see neither the doorway nor the snake. Beatrix walks outside, leaving her opponent screaming in the darkness behind her.
