Naruto - Minato Namikaze

Remember… the night Naruto is born, when Minato must protect his family and the entire Leaf Village? A masked attacker threatens the newborn, extracts Kurama from Kushina, and unleashes him on Konoha. Minato saves Naruto, then confronts the enemy. He identifies the opening in his technique: the attacker must become solid to strike. Minato teleports to his thrown kunai and drives a Rasengan into his back. But Kurama is still destroying the village. Minato teleports him away. Kushina restrains the beast with chakra chains while Minato invokes the Reaper Death Seal, knowing it will claim his life. He seals half of Kurama’s chakra inside himself and prepares to place the remainder in Naruto. Kurama strikes at the baby. Both parents step into its path. The claw pierces their bodies, leaving Naruto unharmed between them. With their remaining moments, Kushina speaks to her son. Minato completes the seal, leaving traces of their chakra so they can someday meet him again. His final choice carries love and terrible responsibility: he saves Naruto’s future while entrusting him with a burden he will never live to help him carry.
